Hendersonville Podiatry opened its doors in December of 1980 under the leadership of Dr. Russell J. Barone. Two months later his first child was born, Pamela. He proudly served the greater Hendersonville area as the first podiatry practice in town, and built its reputation of kind and compassionate care. In 2010 Dr. Pamela Stover joined her father at Hendersonville Podiatry and the two were able to practice side by side for 8 years. It was an absolute honor to follow in her father’s footsteps. Dr. Barone happily retired in 2018 and now has lots of free time to enjoy his hobbies of golfing, model train collecting, working in the yard, and spending time with his grandchildren and his wife.
